Well, after 8 years of Desperate Housewives it has finally come to an end. While the finale wasn’t incredible, it reminded my why I loved the show so much. Much like the housewives who eventually left Wisteria Lane, it was also a chapter I would close in my life. Having watched the show since 2004, it’s a bittersweet goodbye. And while it saddens me that the girls eventually moved apart, I’m glad to know that they each found their happy ending. It’s been a long run, and the show will always be a major part of my growing up. Having Susan, Gaby, Lynette and Bree in my house every Sunday in the long run, was worthwhile.

I love how NBC spent an entire week advertising the latest episode of SMASH as “Uma Thurman guest stars”. Um, yeah she was literally there for 5 seconds.
